Exploring what it means to be well
Like many of us living modern, fast-paced lives; I find myself frequently on a health and wellness journey. Searching for ways to feel fitter, healthier, stronger or even to slow down my daily life. As I share this journey with those close to me, I have some of the most interesting conversations about how our bodies are different, or perhaps the same. I know from my own journey how a single article, podcast or chapter in a book can resonate with my sense of wellness and open my eyes to new ways to be well. My hope is that by being transparent in my own journey it may be useful to you in yours.
A focus on natural healing
For me, modern medicine and natural healing are the ying and yang of wellness. It takes a focus on both halves to feel truly whole. What do I mean by natural healing? It’s an open definition, always in flux. Anything from herbal medicines to acupuncture, meditation and diet can work in sync with other medical treatments to help you feel energised and well.
